Port Macquarie Hastings Council are seeking a Consultant to develop a new operating model, which manages critical inventory for the water utility network, as well as our road and bridge infrastructure and general PPE and hand tools.

We need a qualified and experienced Consultant to assess, review, and optimize our operating model for the Stores function. This includes enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery while designing a progressive layout for the new operating model. The Stores function manages critical inventory for the water utility network. Therefore, the council requires expertise in operating model optimization, particularly in the context of inventory management and water utility operations as well as supporting the broader council requirements.

A site briefing will be held at Port Macquarie Clearwater Centre, 2b Clearwater Crescent, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444 at 9:00am (AEST), Wednesday 22 May 2024.
