Managed Print Services

⁠⁠⁠This Invitation to Offer (ITO) is extending a request for proposals from suitable vendors to deliver comprehensive Secure Print and Scan Services throughout all nine branches of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) - Robina, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Maroochydore, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, and Cairns.

The scope of the services required includes but is not limited to:

1. Print and Scan Services: Provision of secure, networked, multi-function devices capable of printing, scanning, and copying across all our offices. The solution should allow for easy and secure access for all staff members.
2. Seamless Accessibility: Implementation of a solution that permits staff to use any printer in any office location seamlessly, without requiring complex setup or configuration.
3. Security: The solution should have robust security features, such as user authentication and encrypted data transmission, to protect sensitive information.
4. Maintenance and Support: Regular maintenance of the devices, prompt repair services, and reliable customer support to minimize downtime.
5. Training: Provision of necessary training to staff to ensure they can effectively use the print and scan services.
6. Sustainability: Devices and services should be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, aligning with our organization's sustainability goals.
7. Future Office Relocation: The vendor should be capable of accommodating a significant office relocation expected to occur in 2025. Our main Brisbane office will be moving from its current large office in West End to three smaller locations. The transition should be seamless with minimal disruption to print and scan services.
