The Bureau invites Tenders for the provision of AWS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – hobart AIRPORT in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Conditions for Participation:

a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3);

b. the Tenderer:

is accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme (Scheme) at the time the Draft Contract is entered into with the Bureau;

maintains accreditation under the Scheme while carrying out the building work; and

complies with all conditions of the Scheme accreditation (see paragraphs 6.7.5 and 6.7.6;

Timeframe for Delivery: July 2024 to Feb 2025

Estimated Value (AUD): From $70,000.00 to $80,000.00
