Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (NFSA) is seeking Responses as part of a competitive Request For Quotation (RFQ) process from suitably qualified & experienced firms to partner with the NFSA for discovery & implementation activities for a new CRM solution.
Discovery Phase (Primary Services):
The first phase will focus on Discovery activities, including in-depth research & analysis to identify requirements & opportunities for the CRM solution. The Delivery Partner will lead this phase, conducting workshops, gathering insights, & producing relevant documentation to inform the selection process.
Implementation Phase (Secondary, Optional Services):
Following Discovery, a second phase will involve the implementation of the selected CRM solution/s. This phase includes developing, implementing, & optimising the CRM solution against the NFSA’s prioritised requirements in collaboration with the CRM vendor.
The NFSA intends to engage a preferred Delivery Partner for the Discovery Phase, and reserves the right to directly engage this partner for the Implementation Phase also.
Detailed information about the NFSA’s Requirement is provided in the attached RFQ Document.
Due to the commercially sensitive nature of the Services to be performed, the successful Supplier (if any) must sign a Deed of Confidentiality, IP and Moral Rights prior to commencement of the Services.
The successful Supplier (if any) must agree to be excluded from having any direct or indirect involvement in any subsequent approach to market process undertaken by the NFSA to procure a new CRM solution, except to the extent that the NFSA engages the Supplier for their technical subject matter expertise (if applicable).
