Small Material Recovery Facility SMRF Removal and Disposal of Plant and Equipment

⁠⁠⁠The Principal recently acquired and has partially decommissioned a Materials Recovery Facility (Facility) located at the entrance to an operational Landfill site at Forest Road (FRL) in Tamworth.

The Facility comprises the following:

. Large shed of approximately 1000m2 housing decommissioned small materials plant and operation OCC bailing equipment (MRF Building).

. A shed of approximately 250 m2 housing glass crushing equipment (Glass Shed).

. A shed of approximately 250m2 housing CDS processing equipment (CDS Shed).

. An area within the MRF Building which is used for OCC Bailing (OCC Area)

. Administration offices and amenities.

. Paved laydown areas and various storage bunkers.

The Principal is proposing to remove disused plant and equipment from the base buildings whilst maintaining operation of the cardboard bailing equipment prior to redevelopment of the site and Buildings.
