Darwin - Panel Contract for Pick Up, Delivery, Repairs, and Cleaning of Mobility Equipment for a Period of 36 Months

Top End Region (TER) Health Services require a suitable Provider for the following services:

• General repairs and/or maintenance to equipment (Part A),
• Cleaning of equipment (Part B), and
• Pick-up and delivery of equipment (Part C)

TER clients are dependent on mobility/assistive technology equipment for carrying out their activities of daily living. If repairs and maintenance are required, where possible the work should be carried out in Contractor’s workshop and on occasion in-home. The preferred approach is for the equipment to be repaired as close to the client’s location as practical. TER will provide the Contractor with the client’s location to collect and deliver equipment.

A suitably covered vehicle must be used when transporting the equipment and the equipment must be kept in secure weatherproof premises.
