Tyre Management Services

The Principal is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide tyre management services to its heavy and light fleet, in two separable portions, for a period of three years with one option to extend for three years. The Principal’s fleet includes trucks, tractors, trailers, vehicles and other types of plant and equipment that are used in a variety of environments including:

• Waste collection services
• Road construction
• Parks and reserves maintenance
• General road travel

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, transport/cartage, supervision/administrative costs, including travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed Contract.

No tender briefing will be held.

The Principal is seeking responses from contractors to perform the following Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion A
• Heavy fleet and heavy trailers (GVM > 2T)
• Separable Portion B
• Light fleet, with the option for light trailers (GVM < 2T)

The tender may be awarded as a whole to a single Contractor, or via the separable portions to two Contractors. Tenderers may apply for one or both separable portions.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to provide a response to one or both of these separable portions, Respondents are required to:

1.Register for the relevant subordinate part(s), ie. Tyre Management Services - Separable Portion #;

2.Complete both the leading part (this Request) and the subordinate part(s):

1.Tyre Management Services - Separable Portion A; and/or

2.Tyre Management Services - Separable Portion B
