Tender Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a panel of suppliers for the provision of a range of modern and wearable personal alert devices, to eligible Personal AlertSA (PASA) customers.
PASA customers require as a minimum one 4G monitored device and one base unit, pendant and monitoring supplied within the subsidy offered:
- $380 Device base and unit pendant (incl installation if required)
- $200 Monitoring per annum
Additional devices or monitoring exceeding the subsidy offered will require a gap payment by the customer. This must be clearly communicated by the supplier to the customer at the time of purchase.
To be considered for the panel, applicants must be able to provide a Device Base + Unit pendant and monitoring
