Prospera, in support of a key Echelon 1 Unit at the Ministry of Finance (MoF), is seeking the services of a highly qualified strategy consulting firm to provide advice, technical assistance, coaching, and leading practices in the approach and methodology for the preparation and development of a medium-term (5-year) organisation-wide strategic plan.

About You
The Consultant shall be financially sound and significant hands-on international experience assisting both large public and private organizations in developed and developing economies in developing a complex enterprise-wide medium-term strategic plan and digital transformation strategies. Having in-depth expertise and practical experience in government revenue administration digital strategies aimed at enhancing voluntary compliance would be highly beneficial.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
