Tender Description
Tweed Shire Council (TSC) wishes to engage an appropriately experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake repairs to the training walls at the mouth of Mooball Creek with the intention of returning them to their originally designed configuration and function.
The contract is broken into two separable portions, Separable Portion A for the South Wall and Separable Portion B for the North Wall. Subject to funding constraints the contract may include the scope for both Separable Portions or Portion A only, being Council's priority.
A non- mandatory pre-offer site inspection will be held 10am (NSW Time) Thursday 16/05/2024. Bidders are to meet at the Southern wall stockpile site at 9:45am (NSW Time) for 10am (NSW Time) start. Irrespective of a Bidder’s attendance at this pre-offer site inspection a Bidder is expected to have visited the sites and are deemed to have considered all site constraints and their impacts and included these in their Tender price.
