Sunshine Coast Council is seeking experienced suppliers of prefabricated dwellings to undertake the supply and installation of dwellings and the associated civil works to provide turn-key packages across 11 low density residential lots within Marcoola. Each lot is proposed to accommodate two dwellings.These turn-key dwellings will be categorised as Affordable Housing, with Council seeking value for money proposals which can be delivered rapidly.

This is a Separable Portions contract. Respondents are able to submit for one or more Separable Portions. Council is seeking to achieve a variety of dwelling styles and as such reserves the right to award one or more Separable Portions to one or more Respondents.

Separable Portion A – Group A Sites

This Separable Portion consists of four (4) site locations, each proposed to accommodate two (2) dwellings and associated infrastructure.

Separable Portion B – Group B Sites

This Separable Portion consists of three (3) site locations, each proposed to accommodate two (2) dwellings and associated infrastructure.

Separable Portion C – Group C Sites

This Separable Portion consists of four (4) site locations, each proposed to accommodate two (2) dwellings and associated infrastructure.

The scope of work across each of the Separable Portions includes, but is not limited to:

• Supply, installation and commissioning of turn-key prefabricated dwellings;

• Supply and construction of carport structures;

• Supply and construction of access ramps;

• Service connections; and

• Access driveways.
