Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to undertake the Architectural Design Services for the Warragamba Waterboard Oval Upgrade and New Netball Courts.

Waterboard Oval Upgrade forms part of the Warragamba Open Space Masterplan and will include a combination of new and improved existing facilities to accommodate a wide range of sports including soccer, cricket/AFL and various sports courts.

The objectives of this project are to provide new and additional sporting facilities.

The proposed new facilities will provide:

a) Netball Courts located in two separate zones

b) New amenities building (Grandstand and sheltered seating)

c) Soccer fields incorporating mini fields with the option of cricket pitch

d) Double ended long-jump and triple jump

e) Relocation of existing services both underground & overhead

f) Car Parking and associated landscaping and external works.
