Tender Description
Charters Towers Regional Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified respondents for the installation of replacement bus shelter as described in more detail below and within the documents.
1. Assembly of temporary fencing.
2. Demolition of existing bus shelter.
3. Removal of demolition waste. Existing bus shelter structure to be stored at Council’s Pentland depot.
4. Preparation of site and installation of new bus stop hard stand (concrete slab 14m x 4m), bus stop shelter hard stand (concrete slab 5m x 2.2m), and long-distance coach stop sign as per specifications supplied.
5. Installation of bus shelter and tactile ground surface indicators as per specifications supplied.
6. Site clean-up and remediation.
All works will be required to be completed by 21 June 2024.
Charters Towers Regional Council will supply the following:
1. New bus shelter structure kit.
2. Long distance coach stop sign.
