Tender Description

ARTC will provide an Industry briefing session for upcoming Multi-year National Resurfacing Procurement FY25 to FY29 activities covering both the Hunter Valley and Interstate Business Units.

This session will cover the following areas:

- Background of resurfacing activities in BU e.g. what is currently occurring procurement wise within each BU.

- Presentations by ARTC Project Managers from the Hunter Valley and Interstate businesses of their respective procurement's models that will be released. (this includes the proposed procurement approach for each).

- Probity considerations.

- Q & A session at the end of the session.

While ARTC strongly encourages attendance, the Briefing is not a mandatory requirement for participating in later Request for Tender processes for Resurfacing services.

Date & Timing: Tuesday 7th May 2024 at 9:00am (AET) via Microsoft Teams meeting invite.

Length briefing session: 45 minutes.
