Supply and Delivery of Garments, Footwear, and Textiles

The Department of Justice (DoJ or the Customer) requires a Panel Arrangement of suitably qualified Contractors for the provision of clothing, footwear, bedding/linen, mattress components (foam and material) and associated haberdashery.

DoJ intends to establish a panel arrangement with the below categories:

• Category 1 Garments
• Category 2 Sleepwear and Underwear
• Category 3 Footwear
• Category 4 Fabric
• Category 5 Bedding and Linen
• Category 6 Mattress and Pillow Fabrication Materials
• Category 7 Haberdashery and Accessories

Respondents can tender for one (1), multiple, or all categories. Within each category, Respondents may submit an Offer for all or some of the goods under that category.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at 16 Parkland Road, Osbourne Park, 6017 on 10 Oct, 2025 9:30 AM.

A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

Location: Djookanup (16 Parkland Road, Osbourne Park WA 6017) or join online (Microsoft Teams)

Duration: Approximately one (1) hour meeting

Respondent’s may attend the non-mandatory briefing in person or online via MS Teams. Attendance is at the Respondent’s own expense. Respondents should note that the above briefing session is the only nominated time set aside. No individual briefings will be undertaken.

Prospective Respondents are requested to register their attendance in person or on MS Teams via email no later than 4:00 pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 8 October 2025 to nams.passmore-bush@dohw.wa.gov.au. Prospective Respondents are to provide the name, job title, company, email address, and how they will be attending (in person or online) for each attendee registered.

A copy of the slides presented at the non-mandatory briefing session will be uploaded to Tenders WA following the presentation.
