Tender Description
DBCA request Service for the construction of an asphalt car park to replace the existing aged and undersized car park and replacement of the existing concrete Dual Use pathway with an asphalt path and new concrete connecting pathways. The works are to be constructed on DBCA managed land at Beeliar Regional Park (North Lake), located between Farrington and Hope Road, North Lake.
Site VisitA site visit will be held at Technology Park, Western Precinct, 17 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington at 9 May, 2024 9:00 AM.
Two (2) mandatory briefing dates are available, Respondents must attend one (1) of the proposed dates listed below.
A mandatory briefing/site inspection for prospective Respondents will be conducted at:

Location: Progress Drive carpark, Beeliar Regional Park, North Lake WA 6163.
