Tender Description
The objective of the Growth Strategy is to guide where, when and how West Tamar will grow over the next 30 years and beyond.
The West Tamar Growth Strategy will:
- identify the preferred future growth scenario for the West Tamar;
- include an infrastructure framework for existing and future communities that are well connected to amenities such as parks and community facilities and have reliable access to infrastructure including transport, water and sewerage; and
- be developed through a comprehensive community engagement program.
