This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Licensing and services are requested to support access to a model based systems engineering software solution on DSTG's research networks. Specifically the following is requested:

Deployment services for provision on PRN and SRN
15 licenses for allocation to users across PRN and SRN
Deployment support and maintenance
End user training for 15 people
20 days of systems engineer professional services to assist with build of a remote autonomous system model within the software platform
