Council requires hire of plant from external organisations from time to time to supplement internal resources to meet programmed construction and maintenance works.

Council wishes to compile a database of contractors offering to hire these items of equipment to Council at a fixed price in accordance with the conditions as outlined in documents. Contractors who satisfy the requirements of the Tender will receive a Letter of Engagement with Council.

Tenders are therefore invited from appropriately qualified providers for appointment to a panel for the periodic hire of plant for a period from 1 July 2024 to June 2026.
