⁠⁠⁠The Huon Valley Council is calling for Tenders for the provision of Supply and Installation of Equipment (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Unit (HVAC).

Port Huon Sports & Aquatic Centre.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders by completing the Tender Schedule for either:

1. The Supply and Install of the Equipment; OR

2. The Supply (only) of the Equipment; OR

3. The Installation (only) of the Equipment.

All enquiries are to be directed to Julie Birtles, Technical Officer, via the Huon Valley Council online forum, under this Tender notice.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE HUON VALLEY COUNCIL TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Huon Valley Council office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
