Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified people to manage Home Hill Caravan Park from 1 July 2024 until 30 April 2027. There are 2 x 12 month optional extensions on the term of the contract. (Start day may be negotiable.)

The successful Supplier will be required to:

a) have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact professionally and maintain good relations with various guests and visitors to the Home Hill Caravan Park;

b) have the ability to undertake maintenance of grounds and minor maintenance of equipment and buildings across the Park;

c) use the Newbook booking system to manage residents and tourists at the Park; and

d) promote the Caravan Park and the Burdekin

Background information / Compatibility requirements

Home Hill Caravan Park is a 21 site, 2 cabin caravan park with 4 x ensuite style bathrooms, barbecue shelter, on site dump point and metered powerheads. The park is primarily a tourist/short term park, with some sites set aside for permanent residents and seasonal workers (May – December).
