Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN (the PHN) is seeking a co-design facilitator/organisation for multiple upcoming co-design opportunities in our Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and other Drugs (MHSPAOD) Commissioning Refresh program between May 2024 and June 2025

The PHN is refreshing its commissioning approach to enhance system integration, utilising genuine co-design to drive the development and implementation of this work

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to invite organisations that are:

-interested in partnering with the PHN for various co-design activities within the Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, and Alcohol and other Drugs Commissioning refresh

-able to demonstrate a successful track record in engaging stakeholders and co-design initiatives, especially in more regional and rural areas

- have the resources to scale up and are capable of managing multiple co-design activities simultaneously across several LGAs in the Darling Downs and West Moreton region

The successful organisation will help the PHN team to

- develop a co-design approach, incorporating a framework to guide and deliver co-design activities, and

- deliver this approach in at least two LGAs within the PHN region
