The purpose of the Expression of Interest (EOI) request is to identify suitably qualified head building contractors for the demolition and construction of Max McMahon Oval Amenities, in Rutherford, Maitland.

The EOI is the first stage of a two stage selective tender process. Council propose to invite a shortlist of Respondents to tender in the second stage. The project description and the required submission requirements are described in the Principal's Project Requirements (PPR) documents.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit an EOI to the Council by the deadline, 2pm Tuesday , 14th May 2024, at the electronic tender box
