This Request is for the leasing of the Refuelling Lease Area at the Marble Bar Airport, located off Marble Bar Road, Marble Bar, Western Australia.

The Principal invites Offers from businesses and organisations interested in leasing and developing the land with exclusive operating rights for use as an aviation refuelling facility.

Marble Bar Airport is owned and operated by the Principal and provides important air transport links to Perth and the Pilbara region. The airport currently supports regular mining industry closed air charter flights, air charter operations, general aviation and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. There are currently approximately 10,000 annual passenger movements, with growth expected in the next twelve months to exceed 50,000 passengers per year using the airport. Growth is currently constrained by a lack of aviation refuelling services.

The successful proponent will be required to undertake all connection to power/water, any construction and fit out of any proposed buildings/infrastructure that they may require, at their own cost and responsibility.

The proponent will be required to gain all necessary approvals to undertake any construction and subsequent fit out works.

Prior to making any applications the proponent must gain the Principal/Lessor's approval of their proposed fit out theme, design and signage.

Any proposed development of the lease area must comply with relevant legislation/regulations.

NOTE

A non mandatory site inspection will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, 30th April 2024 at the Marble Bar Airport, Marble Bar Road, Marble Bar, Western Australia.
