MidCoast Council requires experienced and qualified Contractors to provide all necessary staff and resources to carry out Tree Maintenance Services within the MidCoast Council LGA.

Term:

This Agreement commences on 1 July 2024 and will conclude on 30 June 2027 (36 months), with provision for two x one-year extension options.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Friday 10 May 2024. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method detailed in the Invitation to Tender.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that MidCoast Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender, or any Tender submitted.
