Todd Energy Aquatic Centre Rock Pool Cafe Lease and Operation

⁠⁠⁠The New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) are looking for an experienced trusted hospitality professional to lease and operate our Rock Pool Cafe at Todd Energy Aquatic Centre, serving food and coffee to the public that use the pools and gym facilities as well as loyal passerby's. Operators will need to operate seven days a week.

Respondents must have experience in hospitality under a commercial lease agreement and have current food safety certification prior to commencement of the lease. They must have the ability to provide a range of quality food and beverages while highlighting local produce and suppliers.
