Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠PIRSA seek a commercialisation partner to license a new common vetch (Vicia sativa) variety, SARDI 37107.

The successful partner will be responsible for,

  • Production of certified seed
  • Maintaining the integrity of the variety
  • Producing a marketing plan to effectively market the variety and report against this plan annually
  • The exclusiveness of the license is negotiable, to enable broader market penetration if a partnership is applicable, particularly for export markets
  • The initial term of the License will be 5 years with a right of renewal on agreement for a further five years
