PLEASE NOTE: This REFRESH is only required for non-approved suppliers – any suppliers already approved are not required to complete a new submission.
Existing suppliers will be able to make any changes to PEROP during this tendering period.
Cook Shire Council (the Principal) invites tenders from suitably qualified parties for the appointment of a pre-qualified supplier register for the hire of plant and equipment (wet and dry) and crew hire by contract as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. The Term of this ROPS is twelve (12) months.
Pursuant to Section 232 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), the Principal intends to establish the register(s) of pre-qualified suppliers (ROPS) for Wet and dry Plant Hire and Crew Hire, which will enable Council to engage plant, equipment and personnel on an individual basis or crew hire basis, as and when required, to perform work throughout the Shire. The tender is offered in two (2) parts as detailed below:
• PART A – Plant Hire (Wet and Dry)
• PART B – Crew Hire; and
• PART C – Labour Hire Rates
