BHP's operated assets are split across two key regions (Minerals Australia and Minerals America) and are wholly owned and operated by BHP or owned as a joint venture and operated by BHP. BHP's success is underpinned by the 80,000 employees and contractors that work at BHP as well as our key partners and suppliers.
BHP is currently undertaking a review of its future Electrical Equipment requirements across Minerals Australia and Minerals America and Potash operations. Current business plans show a significant demand for electrical equipment for projects across our global assets.
The purpose of this EOI is to allow BHP to understand capability and capacity in the global Electrical Equipment market and obtain recommendations or feedback as to optimal delivery models.
In particular BHP wants to understand:
Your organisations current capability and capacity to deliver Electrical Equipment requirements globally;
Your organisations appetite and commitment to partnering with BHP to deliver Electrical Equipment requirements for whole life of assets;
Your organisations optimal delivery approach in respect of Electrical Equipment and how this will create value for BHP.
