Tender Description
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council are seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Tacking Point Lighthouse Accessible Walkway and associated works.
The scope of the Request for Tender includes the construction of the Accessible Walkway, Viewing Platforms, and Landscaping around the Lighthouse.
A pre-tender briefing will be held at Tacking Point Lighthouse, Lighthouse Road, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 at 10.00am (AEST), Tuesday 30 April 2024. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation.
Potential Tenderer must advise Council of the number and names of attendees via email to procurement@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 12.00pm Monday 29 April 2024.
