The United States Government (USG) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of Public Beam Style Seating at the U.S. Consulate General, 50 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply, delivery and installation of Public Beam Style Seating. You are invited to submit a quotation.

The Request for Quotations consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-18

2. Statement of Work

3. Attachment 1: Floor Plan

If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the Standard Form SF-18 and submit it to the address shown on block 5a of the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All vendors are required to be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM), before they can be awarded purchase orders. Prospective Vendors are invited to complete a site visit scheduled for 10:00am on April 30, 2024. All expressions of interests for a site visit must be submitted by COB April 29, 2024, by emailing Siraj House on email HouseSC@state.gov
