The Principal's objective with this Request is to receive and review applications from prospective suppliers to join the Panel or Pre-Qualified Suppliers for the provision of gravel to enable the Shire to complete its works program. Applications are welcome from suppliers who may not be ready to supply gravel but have prospective pits that will likely be producing gravel during the period of this contract.

Various Operations, Construction and Drainage projects are currently undertaken in-house and the Principal reserves the right to separately tender project-based works. The Principal is unable to provide any guarantee as to the volume of gravel to be offered to Suppliers during the course of the Contract.

Pre-Qualified Suppliers will be expected to supply gravel to the Shire's workers and its contractor as and when required by the Principal.
