Shellharbour City Council (Council) invites suitably qualified Respondents to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Operational Lease of Shellharbour City Stadium.

Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced respondents with information on a potential operational lease of Shellharbour City Stadium opportunity.

The EOI will provide Council with relevant market supplied information to help determine whether an outsourcing model can better meet Council's and the community's ongoing usage.

The issuance of an EOI will form a part of the decision-making process and does not bind Council to any future decisions or outcomes. Should Council progress with a Tender following the EOI process, the EOI process will be used to scope the Tender and identify potential future Tender applicants.

Interested parties are requested to provide an Expression Of Interest containing detailed information on proposed operations, encompassing aspects such as Technical Capability, Financial Capabilities, Innovation and Technology and Community Programs.

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) RFx's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, RFx's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.

While discouraged, Council will accept RFx's submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.
