Term

The success applicant will be permitted to crop for a period of five (5) years commending 1 May 2024 and terminating 30 April 2029.

Rental

The amount payable by the successful applicant (lessee) will be that accepted by Council and will be payable annually in advance and exclusive of GST.

Public Liability Insurance

The lessee will be required to effect Public Liability Insurance for an amount no less than Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) in the joint names of the parties. This insurance will be required to indemnify District Council of Robe from any claim. The Lessee must provide Council with a copy of their Certificate of Currency on an annual basis.

Management Plan

The successful applicant will provide a management plan detailing the proposed management of

• Noxious weeds and vermin

• Maintenance of fire breaks

• Risk Management

This Expression of Interest pertains to the licence from District Council of Robe of approximately 64 ha’s of cropping land described as the Robe Aerodrome. Portion of Section 206 hundred of Waterhouse, 4287 Southern Ports Highway, Robe, SA, 5276.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted on the attached from and marked -

“Expressions of Interest to Licence Land – Robe Aerodrome”.

The EOI submission must include the following information.

• Proposed annual rental figure (excluding GST)

• Details of the Management Plan

• Any Proposed improvements during the term of the Licence

• Declaration that insurance will be obtained
