Tender Description
The WACHS South West region requires the provision of non-invasive cardiology diagnostic testing services for public inpatients/ED patients and outpatients of Bunbury Hospital and Busselton Hospital, including mental health patients. The scope of this Request includes the provision of testing, reporting of test results, and returning test results to the referrer.
The Contract Authority reserves the right to add additional sites to the Head Agreement if the requirement is identified.
There are three (3) categories to be awarded under the proposed Contract:
- Category 1 . Bunbury Hospital Inpatients Sole Contractor;
- Category 2 . Busselton Hospital Inpatients Sole Contractor;
- Category 3 . Outpatients Sole Contractor.
The Contract Authority reserves the right to award Categories 1 and 3 as Panel Arrangements if required.
