JLL on behalf of our clients, the Department of Finance - CE&S and the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications & the Arts, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to modernise the existing air distribution systems and associated works in three (3) consecutive financial years at the Christmas Island District High School (CI DHS). HKS Engineering (Mechanical Services Consultant) has been engaged by JLL to prepare a scope of work and associated design documentation in relation to the requirements of this project and provide consultancy services during the tender & construction phases of this project.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Central Park, Level 29, 152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth on 16 April 2024 1:00 PM.
A Mandatory tender briefing for Contractors will be conducted at the JLL Head Office:
