Central Coast Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to Tender for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide maintenance services to Council's ten (10) high voltage electricity substations.

The contract term of engagement is for four (4) years with further 1 (1 x 1 ) year extension option, if the services are still required and the Contractor is meeting performance expectations.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is stage 1 of a 2-stage procurement process. The objective of this EOI stage is to shortlist respondents with the relevant expertise and capacity to deliver the requirements of the contract. Council may in its absolute discretion either accept the Tender that, having regard to all the circumstances, appears to Council to be the most advantageous, or decline to accept any of the Tenders. Shortlisted respondents will then be requested to provide formal Tenders.
