Tender Description
The North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) requires the provision of a commercial property leasing and management service.
NMHS provides a range of State-wide and metropolitan health services including Breast Screen WA clinics, Dental Health Services and Mental Health Services.
Many of the clinical health services are provided at State owned and NMHS managed premises such as Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre located at Nedlands, whilst other clinical services are provided from a range of privately leased premises.
