The Public Transport Authority (PTA) of Western Australia operates and provides transport services including bus, train and ferry for passengers within WA.

PTA requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide casual event staff for the provision of wayfinding, customer information and bus loading services for occasions such as special events and major disruptions to bus, train and ferry services. These events include, but not limited to major sporting events, concerts, AFL season and planned/unplanned disruptions that requires passenger management and service information.
