The IBM Cognos products are used for the creation, management, security and delivery of Corporate & Business reporting solutions. The Department of Justice (Department) has made a significant investment developing these solutions and the resulting output supports informed decision making and planning for core business functions, corporate support, regulatory requirements and compliance. The ongoing maintenance and support of these products is required to ensure sustainability into the future.

The broad product group currently in use is the IBM Cognos M1 (business intelligence and performance management).

The Department is now seeking a suitable provider of support and maintenance services for the above software product. The Department reserves the rights to increase and/or decrease the number of the licences as and if required over the Term of the Contract.
