Tender Description

Council is embarking on a transformative journey with the development of a Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This platform will be the foundation for a seamless mobile-first experience that aligns with the Customer Experience Strategy 2024-2027, ensuring Council services are accessible and user-friendly on any device, anywhere, anytime.

The overarching outcome is to have all Inner West Council's digital systems interfacing with each other to create a holistic, single point of access focusing on the customer journey.

Fundamentally, Inner West Council will undertake this journey over a three (3) year period by having regular releases guided by feedback and organisational priorities that all have the customer front of mind in decisions.

This Tender is divided into three (3) parts: Website Development (Part A), TechnologyOne API development (Part B), and Customer SSO Implementation (Part C). Each part contains two sections: Prototype and Release 1 (Section 1) and Future Development (Section 2). The information provided in the part sections assists with guiding the delivery sequence of this Tender and outlining their requirements. Respondents must submit responses to the whole part, not just its sections. Respondents can also submit responses for either one part or two or more parts of the Tender. Parts can be awarded individually or combined depending on the evaluation's outcome.
