Through this Request for Tender process, Bayside Council expects to select and appoint a panel of pre-qualified Electrical service providers which Council will then be able to engage from time to time, either directly, or via a selective Request for Quotation process.

The successful tenderers will be fully licenced with the appropriate accreditation for sign-off on AFSS for all electrical works associated with emergency and exit lighting.

The initial Contract term is for (3) years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderers, with an option to extend for up to three (3) years (1 plus 1 plus 1 years) at the discretion of Council.
