Nurse Capacity Building Solution For Healthy Ageing Programs

Healthy North Coast (HNC) is seeking a solution to building the capacity and capability of clinical nurses delivering care, aged care and palliative care to older people, in a range of settings across the region. This service is a key component in HNC's transformational Aged Care and Healthy Ageing program of works, all of which include a focus on enhancing the workforce through education and capability development.

This service will intersect with other aspects of HNC's Healthy Ageing and Building Nurse Capacity program of works, working together with a range of HNC teams, external providers, reference groups, primary care and aged care service providers.

The service will be for a minimum of two years. It includes consultation and co-design, stakeholder engagement, the promotion and delivery of nurse education across HNC's footprint; and the participation in an Effectiveness Assessment and an Evaluation, to be provided by third parties.
