Tender Description
Byron Shire Council invites tenders for the Project as described in this Request for Tender. The Goods and/or Services involved include Demolition of existing external concrete access ramp, replacement of ramp with new ramp + stairs as per design attached. The removal of all Asbestos containing materials throughout building, internal/externally, subsequent replacement of all removed linings and trims, provision of new electrical wiring for new lighting, fans and air conditioning requirements. Re – paint of internal/external areas of removal – please see extent of ACM. The provision of a new Kitchen and Storeroom. Please note, all dimensions/quantities are to be confirmed by potential Suppliers at Mandatory Site Meeting as described below.

Successful Supplier to outline methodology as a step-by-step process to ensure the delivery of this project to a high level of professionalism, to budget and to project timeframe.
