The Principal requires services for Alcohol and Other Drug testing services in accordance with the WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2011. The program aims to reduce risks in the workplace associated with the inappropriate use of alcohol and/or other drugs through the AOD testing program and providing education and awareness pertaining to:

• the effects of alcohol and other drugs

• the importance of remaining fit for work and free of alcohol or other drugs,

• encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their own health and safety,

• the identification of workers who may be unfit for work and the tools available to assist.

The Principal will be seeking a Contractor to appoint for the ongoing provision of these Services under this new Contract.
