The City of Bayswater is seeking a suitability experienced consultant with a proven history of success in similar work to develop a feasibility study, including master plan, business plan and identification of potential funding requirements for the redevelopment of soccer facilities within Frank Drago Reserve in Bayswater.

The consultant will be required to undertake, in conjunction with the City of Bayswater and Bayswater City Soccer Club, advocacy of relevant funding authorities and other opportunities and activities in order to successfully secure funding for the project.
