The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) has embarked on a program to improve the quality of staff accommodations in the Western Australian regions. The Customer is seeking offers for the demolition and site remediation services at 14 Nevill St, Derby, WA 6278. It is a site comprising of four (4) dwellings, three (3) of which are marked for demolition as described in this Request. The dwellings are to be treated as containing asbestos material in the site demolition process.

A site visit will be held at 14 Nevill St, Derby at 9 Apr, 2024 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing to Respondents will be conducted:
