To procure a suitably qualified Design Consultant to deliver 30% to 100% Preliminary Sketch Plans (PSP) for a new Joint Emergency Station for ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) and ACT Fire and Rescue (ACTF&R) at Casey located in West Gungahlin.

Additional optional pricing will also be sought for the following:

1. Deliver 100% FSP documentation;

2. Obtain Development Application approval and other statutory approvals;

3. Delivery Construction Phase Design Consultancy Services.
