Tender Description
The scope of work of this project involves the refurbishment of several N series buildings within the Defence Establishment Orchard Hills base.
The works involve the renewal and replacement of aging plant items as detailed across buildings including offices, warehouses and testing facilities. The works also include redecorating previously decorated internal and external surfaces across several buildings, and minor external repairs and replacement of roof sheeting, downpipes and wall cladding, as well as the reconstruction of a roadside retaining wall system.
