Tender Description
The Department for Education is seeking to establish a panel of providers who are suitably qualified and experienced to assist complaint managers in the collection and assessment of oral and material information (investigation) toward the resolution of complaints between employees, and/or provide mediation, and/or provide individual or group coaching and development to assist with the resolution of employee conflicts and complaints.
